Greetings and salutations lovely peeps
Well here we are at the winter solstice – the middle point, the void just before everything changes again. I know most people hate this time of the year, but I love it for what it offers me. The darkness, the quiet stillness that helps me turn inwards; that helps me find myself again and ask myself those difficult questions and actually listen to the answers.
A question I’ve been asking myself lately that came from an art podcast I follow is “What do I need more of? What do I need less of?” I find these 2 questions fit into all the layers of my life and not just the painting I’m looking at. I need to be more active in my day. I need less food. I need to be more playful and less serious.
What do you need more of and less of in your life to create a juicy, joyful, balanced and healthy life?
This is a lovely inspirational interview between Nicholas Wilton and Meryanne Loum-Martin who has stepped boldly into her life not allowing limitation to hold back her love of life and beauty.

“I pledge allegiance to myself and to my Soul for which I stand. I honour my goodness, my gifts, and my talents. I commit to remaining loyal to myself from this moment forward for all of my days.”

I would like to thank everyone who has supported my businesses (therapy and art) during the year. It’s always a joy to help those who need CST, either in person or remotely and to know that a piece of my creation has found a happy home.
This is the time to set new intentions for the next half year.
I wish you a joyful, peaceful Christmas and may you step surely and confidently into 2023.
Blessings
