Trish offers a selection of one-to-one therapies aimed at healing mind body and spirit.
If you’re unsure of what treatment is best for your individual needs Trish will happily listen, discuss and advise on the best therapy for you - sometimes blending complimentary therapies for a completely holistic experience.

Reiki

Reiki is known for its gentle but profound effects on the body and mind. Working with the natural pressure points and energy centres of the body, Reiki is a popular treatment supporting the body’s innate healing power. When energy is allowed to flow interrupted balance and harmony is restored enabling a sense of wellbeing in the body, both emotionally and spiritually.
Reiki is a fully clothed treatment, using light-touch or no-touch only, where priority is made to make sure you feel comfortable, protected and safe at all times.

Reiki is sought out in helping a variety of mental and physical issues, including:
Reducing stress and improving sleep
Relieving pain caused by migraines, arthritis, sciatica and fibromyalgia
Easing the symptoms of menopause, premenstrual tension (PMT) as well as Irritable Bowl Syndrome (IBS)
Supporting the recovery process from surgery, injury or trauma
Releasing worry, anxiety and tension in the body
Assisting the symptoms of the grief process and grief

Visceral Manipulation

Visceral Manipulation is a therapeutic approach to pain management. 

This therapy aims to correct any mobility issues occurring with the internal organs and their connective tissues, including muscles, blood vessels and nerves. When organs loose their natural mobility, they become tight, leading to painful or distressing conditions such as chronic fatigue, adhesions, fibromyalgia, migraines and sciatica.

Visceral Manipulation works to restore your body’s normal movement and function of internal organs, and in doing so benefits and improves digestion, blood flow and the nervous system.

Breathwork One-to-One Coaching

Breath is essential to life. And depending how we breathe can negatively or positively impact our mental and physical wellbeing.
Learning to harness the power of the breath is one of the singular most powerful skills you can practice to reduce daily symptoms of stress and anxiety and live as mindfully and peacefully as possible.

With Trish discover the profound effects that conscious deep breathing, also known as pranayama, can have in transforming not only your meditation practice but in your day-to-day health.

All 1-hour treatments and 1-2-1 yoga sessions are £50.

All 1⁄2 hour treatments are £30 (please note these tend to be second sessions for babies and children only)
 
Concessions are available for exceptional circumstances or for long-term treatment
All treatments take place at Dacrelands or Sage & Thyme in Lancaster.
Yoga sessions take place at my home in Morecambe.
