Yoga Teacher

Trish is passionate about sharing the benefits yoga can bring to anyone regardless of age, ability or capacity. Trish teaches Anti-Fragility Yoga: a practice complemented by meditation and breathwork that focuses on building mental and physical strength and resilience from exactly where you are.

This means Trish’s classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, including those completely new to yoga.

We’ve had several 1:1 sessions where Trish taught me the correct breathing and postures and encouraged me to challenge myself without risk. I’m astonished at how supple I’ve become. All 1-hour treatments and 1-2-1 yoga sessions are £50.

All 1⁄2 hour treatments are £30 (please note these tend to be second sessions for babies and children only)
Concessions are available for exceptional circumstances or for long-term treatment
All treatments take place at Dacrelands or Sage & Thyme in Lancaster.
Yoga sessions take place at my home in Morecambe.
